Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Sales Institute is an international organization that provides sales-oriented businesses, both large and small, with highly customized training programs to increase overall sales effectiveness and maximize profit potential.  We are looking for charismatic sales trainers with a strong background in sales to join our growing company.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales representative
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to interact with a diverse group of people
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks with a strong drive to deliver on tight timelines
  • Proficient with office software such as Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Native level Japanese (read, write, speak) or equivalent, conversational English language skills

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated training and/or teaching experience/skills
  • Completion of any of the following courses (Fully certified even better): – SPIN – Strategic Selling – Professional Selling Skills

The Sales Institute Japan KK is an international organization that provides sales-oriented businesses, both large and small, with highly customized training programs to increase overall sales effectiveness and maximize profit potential.  We are looking to hire sales oriented individuals for a business development role with a proven track record in sales to join the Sales Institute Japan.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales representative
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales manager
  • Ability to sell directly into C-Level customers
  • Proven track record for consistently achieving sales targets
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and training methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to interact with a diverse group of people
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks with a strong drive to deliver on tight timelines
  • Proficient with office software such as Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Native level English (read, write, speak) or equivalent, conversational Japanese language skills
